Expedition Overview
Heydar Peak is one of the three main peaks in the Gizilgaya massif, located on a steep, dramatic rocky terrain. This 2-day camping expedition is scheduled for May 9-10 (with May 16-17 as a backup). The route takes us through the southern part of the mountain, offering a mix of alpine meadows and technical rocky sections.

Daily Program
Necessary Equipment
Sleeping bag, Isolation mat, Backpack (60L+), Trekking poles, Headlight, Thermos.
Gore-tex water/windproof jacket, Thermal layers, Waterproof boots, Gaiters, Hat, Gloves.
Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Water bottle (2L), Hygiene napkins, Spoon set, Extra socks.
Participants are required to bring their own food supplies for 2 days. Gas stoves & balloons provided.
