Expedition Overview

The summit of the "100th anniversary of the Republic" is located on the right side of Tufandag within the Main Caucasus Range. Standing at 3,740 meters, it was named in 2018 to honor the Republic's centenary.

We approach from the northern side. Unlike traditional treks, mountain transport will take us directly from Khinalig to Shahyaylag, where we set up camp. This means no heavy lifting of tents or mats during the approach.
